• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number — provided via the appointment form on our website. • Appointment details: date and time of your appointment, and any notes you enter. • Website usage (with your consent only): anonymous page-visit statistics via Vercel Analytics. No cookies are placed and no personal data is stored.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes: • Scheduling and confirming appointments — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). • Improving our website — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time via the cookie banner.

4. Retention periods

We retain contact and appointment data for a maximum of 12 months after your last contact, unless you request deletion earlier. Anonymous analytics data contains no personal data and is not separately retained.

5. Third parties and sub-processors

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use the following processors: • Vercel Inc. (hosting and optional analytics) — based in the US, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. • Supabase Inc. (appointment data storage) — data is stored within the EU (Frankfurt). Data processing agreements compliant with Art. 28 GDPR are in place with both parties.

6. Cookies

Our website uses: • Functional cookies: to remember your language preference (NL/EN) and cookie consent choice. These are necessary for the website to function correctly and do not require consent. • Analytical cookies (optional): Vercel Analytics does not place cookies or store personal data. You can grant or refuse consent via the cookie banner on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser history.

7. Your rights
